The piece

Bakhoor Tee

The scent that greets a guest before you do.

On the front, a tall arch holds a gold mabkhara with three curls of smoke rising into deep aubergine. Under the arch: بخور in Arabic, BAKHOOR in spaced capitals and the line "the welcome before the welcome". No. 01 of BOSCONA Editions.

The lettering prints in cream on the black and in a dark shade on the white, so it reads clearly on both.

The tee is combed, ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk, with side seams and taping from shoulder to shoulder. The fabric is light, so the white may look slightly sheer. Each tee is printed to order.

Wear it on its own on warm days, or under an open shirt or a jacket.
