1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use boscona.com and when you buy from BOSCONA. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations.

3. How BOSCONA works

BOSCONA is a curated store. We choose products from partner workshops, brands and warehouses, and many items are shipped directly from them to you. Some items ship from outside Saudi Arabia, a few are made or printed after you order, and some are digital downloads.

Whichever route your item takes, BOSCONA is the seller. Your contract is with us, and we handle your order, delivery questions, returns and refunds.

4. Products and descriptions

• We describe each product as accurately as we can, using information from its maker.
• Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and measurements are as listed on the product page.
• Made-to-order and printed items can vary slightly from piece to piece in print position and colour.
• If a product has a manufacturer’s warranty, the product page says so, and we help you use it.
• Use products as their maker instructs. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients of beauty, skincare and fragrance products and do a patch test before first use.
• If an item is materially different from its description, you can return it as a faulty or wrong item under our Refund Policy.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). The total shown at checkout, including any delivery fee shown there, is the amount you pay.
• Items shipped from abroad may be subject to Saudi import VAT (15%), which the courier may collect on delivery and for which it gives you a VAT receipt. Customs duty normally does not apply to orders under SAR 1,000.
• You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.
• Any buy-now-pay-later option shown at checkout is provided under the provider’s own terms, which are shown before you choose it.
• If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Placing an order

• When you confirm payment at checkout (for example by selecting “Pay now”), you place an order and agree to pay for it.
• Your contract with us is made when your payment is confirmed. We then email you an order confirmation with the order details, the total paid and the estimated delivery time.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable, we can’t deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we tell you promptly and refund you in full.
• Please check your size, colour, personalisation details, address and mobile number before you pay.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Saudi Arabia. Delivery times, costs, tracking, customs and what happens if a delivery is late are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. Ownership passes to you once you have paid in full.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains these in full. In short:

• You can cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund.
• You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Standard made-to-order and print-on-demand designs that are not personalised can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Personalised items, digital products once downloaded or accessed, and hygiene-sensitive items can’t be returned because you changed your mind. They are still covered if they arrive damaged, faulty or wrong.
• If your order has not arrived more than 15 days after the end of the delivery estimate, you can cancel it for a full refund.

9. Made-to-order and personalised items

• These items are made after you order, which adds 2–5 business days before dispatch.
• We produce personalised items exactly as you submit them, so please check spelling, names and images carefully.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any text, name, logo or image you send us, and that it is lawful and not offensive. We may decline a personalisation request that would infringe someone else’s rights or is inappropriate. If we do, we refund you in full.
• These items can be cancelled only before production starts.
• Personalised items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not as described. Standard designs that are not personalised can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Digital products

• What you get. Downloadable files such as LUT packs, editing templates, prompt kits and hook packs.
• Delivery. After payment, your download link appears on your order confirmation page and is sent by email.
• Saving your files. Download links may be limited in time or in the number of downloads, so save your files once you have them. If you have any trouble, contact us and we will resend your link.
• Compatibility. Before you buy, check the product page for the software, version and file format each product works with.
• Licence. Unless the product page says otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own personal and commercial projects, for example your videos, client work and social content.
  • You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload or give away the files themselves, or include them in other products for sale.
  • The files remain the property of BOSCONA or its licensors.
• Results. Prompt kits and hook packs are creative starting points. What you get from them depends on the tools, footage and context you use them with, and we can’t guarantee specific results such as views or sales.
• Refunds. You can cancel a digital order within 7 days for a full refund, as long as you have not downloaded or accessed the files. After that, a digital product can’t be returned unless it is faulty, does not work as described, or is not what was described. In those cases we fix it, replace it or refund you.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this store belongs to BOSCONA or its licensors. This includes the BOSCONA name and logo, our designs, photographs and text. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use it commercially, or print it on other products, without our written permission. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners.

12. Your account and use of the store

• Keep your account details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Use the store lawfully and only for genuine purchases.
• Do not misuse or interfere with the store, or collect its content or data by automated means.
• Reviews and messages you send us must be honest and lawful. We may remove content that is not.

13. Our responsibility to you

• To the fullest extent the law allows, BOSCONA’s liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). If such an event affects your order, we will tell you and agree the next steps with you. If the order has not yet shipped, those steps include cancelling it for a full refund.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under Saudi law.

14. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please email info@boscona.com with your order number and a short description.

• We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Ministry of Commerce on its unified number 1900 or through the Balagh Tijari (Commercial Report) app.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be decided by the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
